Spinach & Artichoke Grilled Cheese Sandwich

INGREDIENTS:

IN A LARGE BOWL ADD:

1.5 CUPS OF COOKED SPINACH
1.5 CUPS OF ARTICHOKE HEARTS
1 CUP OF GRUYERE CHEESE
A WHOLE PACKAGE OF CREAM CHEESE

STIR ALL CONTENTS TOGETHER

ADD SALT N PEPPER

IN A NON-STICK SKILLET:

TURN YOUR BURNER ON MED- MED-HIGH HEAT
– ADD A TBSP OF BUTTER
– BUTTER BOTH ENDS OF YOUR BREAD
– PLACE ONE BREAD IN SKILLET AND LAYER THE SPINACH AND ARTICHOKE. THEN TOP IT WITH THE OTHER SLICE.
– WAIT UNTIL THE BOTTOM SIDE A NICE GOLDEN COLOR AND FLIP OVER TO THE NEXT. APPROX 3-4 MIN EACH SIDE.

REMOVE FROM PAN AND SERVE!
