Teriyaki Chicken and Vegetables

Ingredients:

– 1/4 CUP HONEY
– 2 TBSP MINCED GINGER
– 1/3 CUP WATER
– 1/3 CUP SOY SAUCE
– 4 TBSP CORN STARCH

COOK 5 MINUTES

NEW PAN ADD:

– 1TBSP OLIVE OIL
– 1.5LBS OF CHOPPED CHICKEN THIGHS
– ADD SALT & PEPPER
– 2 CLOVES MINCED GARLIC
– 3 LARGE BIAS CARROTS
– ADD TERIYAKI SAUCE
– PINCH OF CHILI FLAKES
– 8OZ STEAMED BROCCOLI FLORETS

STIR AND LET SIMMER FOR 5 MINUTES.
